As I was thinking about this last post of the year, there’s one last thought and challenge I want to leave you with…
Go all in.
Seriously. Go. All. In.
Go all in on the things that are working for you. Oftentimes at this time of the year, we’re bombarded with new ideas, new concepts, new ways of thinking and how to plan for the year. This all great, but not only are we focusing too much on the new things we should be adopting and forgetting about the things that have been working, we’re not letting go of the things that aren’t working for us.
What I have found through my health journey is that I got real results when I went all in. Half measures will only lead to half results. You won’t get the change to elevate you to the next level.
Seriously. Go. All. In.
When I got into a state of ketosis, I didn’t have a drop of sugar. I haven’t had a drop of sugar in 6 months and I’ve lost 80 pounds!
What’s possible by going all in on an idea will only lead to positive and real change. Let’s say you want to increase sales in your company, find a methodology that works for you and go all in on it. Don’t do it some of the time. If you’re looking for a referral system for your business, and one is starting to work for you, go all in on it in every encounter.
Even with mindset and gratitude practices, don’t just do it one or two times, make it a daily practice. Make it a constant presence in your life.
No distractions. No shiny objects. Stay on course.
So here’s my challenge: Find and pick out what’s working for you, write them down as practices in your goals for 2018, and double down on them to ramp up massive results. At the same time, I want you to make an audit of the things that aren’t serving you and pulling you down as unneeded weight. This will only help bring clarity to your business’ vision.
In a lot of cases, a good rule to live by is “less is more”. Focus on one big thing and go all in on it. Say no to the things that aren’t working for you, and deliver on the things that are proven to serve you and your business.
